Getting started with Appointment Reminders when using mConsent forms

How to set up appointment reminders:

  • 1. Add new template
  • 2.  Select Appointment reminders
  • 3.  Name the template and save
  • 4.  You’ll be able to edit the template
  • 5.  Apply for the appointment type and specify so correct form will be sent
  • 6.  Set up timing for the reminder
  • 7.  Appointment reminders can be set for your optimal schedule. 3 days prior/2 days prior/1 hour prior are automatically set up, but you can change as per your requirements.
  • 8.  Reminders can be sent via SMS or email, and you can set up a customized SMS or mail template for separate reminders as needed
  • 9.  Turn on template of confirmation which will automatically import the default template
  • 10.  Insert variable into the template (eg. Packet of forms for patient to complete)

You now have your appointments synced and appointment reminders automated
