Kelly has over 30 years of customer service experience, including a background in retail banking and accounting. She is currently the Director of Dental Relations for Compliancy Group and a Senior Account Executive, where she advises practices on HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Kelly's extensive experience in security provides her with a unique understanding into the world of healthcare compliance. Through this experience, she effectively communicates the government regulations and necessary standards of HIPAA and OSHA to dental practices nationwide.

She also grew up in a dental practice, working at her hometown dentist for close to 15 years. Handling HIPAA and OSHA at the ground level, and now teaching on the subjects she had to master due to necessity.

In her spare time, Kelly is actively involved in the non-profit organization Pull-Thru Network (PTN), which raises awareness and education for children and families affected by ARM, IA, VACTERL syndrome, and other birth defects.

Samad’s passion for improving patient experience and helping Healthcare practices grow has led him to author a book titled “The Art of Patient Re-engagement: How to Win Back Your Inactive Patients”.

In addition to his work in the Healthcare industry, Samad is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has trained over 400 business leaders on bringing productivity and profitability to their businesses using Six Sigma methodology.
