OfficeMate Integration

Designed for the front office of an OfficeMate-connected practice.

mConsent connects with OfficeMate through an independently built integration designed to support digital forms, patient demographics, e-signatures, ID and insurance card capture, appointment reminders, 2-way SMS, text-to-pay links, reputation workflows, and Zaha AI receptionist workflows. Supported write-back behavior depends on the specific OfficeMate version and configuration confirmed during onboarding.

  • Digital patient forms — consents, demographics, e-signatures, ID and insurance card images. Medical history may be collected in forms but is not posted as OfficeMate medical history/alert updates.
  • Appointment reminders & 2-way SMS with TCPA-compliant consent and STOP-to-unsubscribe handling. Confirmation write-in and recall workflows are supported where configured.
  • Text-to-pay & online payment links for patient payment collection. Payment write-back to the OfficeMate ledger is not currently supported.
  • Reputation workflow designed to measure, monitor, and respond to reviews — without filtering or gating

Why a connected OfficeMate workflow

Designed to digitize the steps between booking and chair.

Eyecare practices on OfficeMate already collect intake, send reminders, and take payments — but often in separate workflows. mConsent is designed to help digitize those steps and support OfficeMate-connected front-office workflows. Available write-back behavior depends on the OfficeMate version, network configuration, and options confirmed during onboarding.

Digital patient forms

Designed to send consents, registration forms, demographic updates, and e-signature forms before the visit. ID, insurance card, and photo capture are supported. Medical history may be collected in forms, but OfficeMate medical history/alert updates are not currently supported.

Reminders & 2-way SMS

Designed to send appointment reminders and 2-way SMS with consent and STOP-to-unsubscribe handling. Appointment reminders, confirmation write-in, and recall reminders are supported workflows where configured.2

Text-to-pay & payments

Designed to send text and email payment links and support in-office terminal payments. Payment write-back to the OfficeMate ledger is not currently supported.

Reputation workflow

Designed to invite reviews from patients after a visit and to surface incoming reviews so your team can respond. The workflow is designed to measure, monitor, and respond — not to filter, gate, or suppress reviews.4

AI call summaries

Zaha AI receptionist workflows are supported for OfficeMate-connected practices. Call routing and summaries are available in mConsent/Zaha workflows; OfficeMate write-back behavior should be confirmed during onboarding.

Configurable cadence

Available sync cadence and supported workflows depend on OfficeMate version, network configuration, and onboarding setup.
