Less firefighting. More flow.
You're the one keeping the practice running. mConsent is designed to take repetitive front-desk work off your team's plate — intake, insurance follow-up, confirmations, and payments — so the day starts and ends a little quieter.
The friction office managers actually deal with
Each part of the platform is designed to take a specific recurring task off the front desk — not replace your judgment.
Morning insurance scramble
Coverage gaps that surface mid-appointment derail the whole schedule and put staff on the phone with carriers instead of patients.
Last-minute no-shows
Unconfirmed appointments leave gaps that staff don't have time to fill on the fly.
Paper intake re-keying
Clipboards turn into hours of typing names, histories, and insurance details into the chart.
Awkward balance calls
Asking returning patients about overdue balances at the front desk strains the relationship.
Constant phone interruptions
Routine questions ("are you open Saturday?") tie up the same line patients use to reach you.
Everything the front desk touches, in one view
The unified inbox is designed to bring patient messages, intake completions, confirmations, and payment activity into a single, scannable feed — instead of bouncing between the chart, the phone, and the email tab.
-
Threads tied to the patient Texts, intake activity, and payment events grouped under one patient record.
-
Status pills at a glance Confirmed, form pending, paid, or new — designed to be visible without opening each thread.
-
Smart routing for replies Two-way SMS replies designed to surface to the right team member based on workflow rules.
-
Encrypted in transit mConsent operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA and executes a BAA with each customer.
Tools designed for the way managers actually work
The same dashboard your front desk lives in — designed for the way office managers triage, follow up, and hand off.
Unified inbox
Patient messages, intake activity, and payment events designed to land in one feed — not split across SMS, email, and the chart.
Daily dashboard
Today's schedule, verification status, intake completion, and outstanding balances designed to surface in a single view.
Smart alerts
Items that need a human — an unverified plan, an incomplete form, a failed payment — designed to flag where staff can act.
Modules that lift the most off the front desk
Office managers most often pair these three modules.
Insurance Concierge
Eligibility, benefits, and breakdown work designed to be done before the patient sits in the chair.
Zaha AI
AI-assisted phone workflows designed to identify routine questions and route the rest to your staff.
Communication
Two-way SMS reminders, confirmations, and waitlist messaging — subject to TCPA consent.
Common questions from office managers
mConsent is designed to take recurring front-desk tasks — intake forms, eligibility checks, appointment reminders, balance follow-up, and routine inbound questions — off the manual queue. Staff stay in the loop and step in for anything that needs human judgment. Specific outcomes depend on which modules are enabled and how your practice is configured.
Insurance Concierge is designed to handle eligibility checks, coverage breakdowns, and benefit details before the visit. Coverage details that require a human review (out-of-network plans, unusual exclusions) are designed to be surfaced so a staff member can confirm before the patient sits down. Subject to MSA2.
Yes. Intake forms are designed to be configured during onboarding to reflect your practice's required fields, consent language, and branding. Available form types and field-level options are reviewed during implementation.
SMS-based patient communication is enabled only after appropriate patient consent has been collected and recorded, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state-level communication laws, and applicable mobile carrier policies. Practices remain responsible for collecting, recording, and honoring patient consent and opt-out requests. Message and data rates may apply for patients.
mConsent is designed to work alongside Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and other major practice management systems. Patient-completed intake, communication confirmations, and payment records are designed to write back into your existing PMS setup. Field mapping is reviewed during onboarding.
mConsent operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA and executes a BAA with each customer. Patient data in transit is designed to use industry-standard encryption. Practices remain responsible for their own HIPAA Privacy Rule and Security Rule obligations, including workforce training and access controls within the practice.

The practice is responsible for the lawful use of these features, including how it obtains, records, and refreshes consent.
