Run the practice you actually want to run.
You did not become a dentist to chase payments or wrangle no-shows. mConsent is designed to take routine front-desk work off your team so the people in your practice can focus on the people in your chair.[MSA]
What practice owners actually ask us to fix
The capabilities owners review most often during demos. Outcomes vary based on practice size, staffing, and workflow.[MSA]
Collections & cash flow
Card-on-file, text-to-pay, and structured payment plans through mPayr are designed to reduce the time your front desk spends chasing balances and the time patients wait to settle theirs.
- Text-to-pay links sent after each visit
- Card-on-file with stored-card consent
- Designed to post payments back to your PMS ledger
Production & chair time
Reminder cadence and Quick Fill for cancellations are designed to reduce the gap between an open slot and a booked appointment.[MSA]
Staff time & turnover
Digital intake, automated reminders, and insurance-verification workflows are designed to take the routine paperwork off your front desk so they have time for the work only people can do.
